Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern every purchase made on shop.bluemagiclinic.com (the "Store"). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Store is operated by BlueMagic Group DHI Hair Transplant Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12890890), with registered office at Unit 104, The Light Box, 111 Power Road, London, W4 5PY, United Kingdom. Contact: shop@bluemagiclinic.com.
2. Our products are not medical treatment
Our kits contain cosmetic hair-care products and food supplements designed to support aftercare following a hair transplant. They are not medicines or medical devices, and nothing on the Store constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow the instructions of your surgeon or physician; if in doubt about any product, consult them before use. Individual results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. You must be at least 18 years old to order.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, address problems, customs restrictions in your country, or an obvious pricing error — in which case you will be refunded in full.
4. Prices, currency and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency of your market. The amount charged is the total shown at checkout. Where a monthly equivalent (e.g. "per month") is displayed on product pages, it is provided for illustration only: every purchase is a single one-time payment of the total price shown, not a subscription. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, published on the Store.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, published on the Store. Please read it before ordering, as our products are subject to hygiene-based return restrictions.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. If you fail to follow the product instructions provided, we are not responsible for the consequences.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Store (texts, images, logos, product names) is owned by or licensed to BlueMagic Group DHI Hair Transplant Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the moment of your order applies to that order.
