Shipping Policy

Free shipping, worldwide

Shipping is free on every order, to every destination we serve. There are no shipping costs added at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment centre within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery is by tracked express courier and typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your destination. These times are estimates, not guarantees; occasional delays caused by couriers or customs inspections are outside our control.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Customs and import charges

Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Türkiye. Depending on your country, your parcel may be subject to import taxes, duties or handling fees levied by local authorities or the courier. Where such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. If a parcel is refused or abandoned due to unpaid import charges, any refund will be reduced by the costs we incur.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact phone number are complete and correct: they are used by the courier for delivery and customs contact. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Address changes are only possible before dispatch: contact shop@bluemagiclinic.com immediately if you notice an error.
