Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are personal care and health-related items, our return policy is strict and applies exactly as written below. Please read it carefully before ordering.

1. Return window

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. For customers in all other countries (including the United States), returns are accepted only under the same conditions set out in this policy.

2. Conditions for a valid return

A return will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You request and receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before shipping anything back (see section 3). Parcels received without a valid RAN will be refused.
  • All products are unused, unopened and with all hygiene seals and original packaging fully intact.
  • The return is shipped within 14 days of receiving your RAN.

3. How to request a return

Email shop@bluemagiclinic.com from the email address used for the order, quoting your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason. If your request meets the conditions above, we will issue your RAN and the return address of our international fulfilment centre in Istanbul, Türkiye.

4. Items that cannot be returned

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once unsealed or opened, as permitted by applicable consumer law:

  • Shampoo, lotion, sprays, gels and any other cosmetic product whose seal has been broken;
  • Food supplements (multivitamins) whose packaging has been opened;
  • Mesotherapy products and dermarollers, once opened, for strict hygiene reasons.

Opening or using any single component of a kit renders that component non-returnable; the remaining sealed components may still be returned under this policy, with the refund reduced accordingly.

5. Return shipping costs and risk

Return shipping to our fulfilment centre in Istanbul, Türkiye is at your expense and at your risk. The return must be sent with a tracked and insured courier service. You are responsible for all export/customs formalities of the return shipment and for marking the parcel as “returned goods”. Keep proof of postage. We cannot refund parcels that are lost, damaged in transit, or held by customs due to incorrect documentation.

6. Inspection and refund

Once your return arrives at our fulfilment centre, it will be inspected. If the conditions in section 2 are met, we will refund the price paid for the returned items to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt. We may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

7. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at shop@bluemagiclinic.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer box, packaging and products. Verified claims will be resolved with a replacement at no cost to you. Claims submitted after 48 hours may be declined.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change products, return the eligible items under this policy and place a new order.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
