Changed your mind? You have 14 days.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as products are sealed and unopened. Personal care items that have been opened can't be returned, for hygiene reasons — the same rule every serious hair care brand follows.

How to start a return

  1. Email shop@bluemagiclinic.com with your order number — you'll receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions.
  2. Ship the sealed products back with a tracked and insured service.
  3. Once received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Damaged in transit?

If your kit arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products — we'll sort it out quickly.

The fine print
